I offer virtual therapy to clients who reside in California. This means you can attend sessions from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are in the state.

At this time, I am offering virtual therapy sessions only. All sessions take place through a secure video platform.

For clients whose insurance I do not accept, or who prefer to pay out of pocket, my fee is $180 for a 53-minute individual therapy session.

Yes! I currently accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross California, Blue Shield of California, and Carelon Behavioral Health. Coverage can vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm that I’m in-network with your specific plan and to learn more about your behavioral health benefits.

Yes. I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan, so I recommend checking your individual benefits with your insurance provider.

Yes. Your privacy is incredibly important, and what you share in therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions required by law. I also use secure systems and a secure video platform to help protect your personal and clinical information.
